First edition first printing hardback 2011 hand signed and dated by Tracey Emin to the title page. There is a very small patch of water staining to the bottom text block edge in the front left corner which has marked the affected pages slightly in the bottom left corner of the pages - there is no evidence of any mould or other water related defects. Pages 337-339 have a small top edge tear, 341-352 have an even smaller top edge tear. Heavy tanning to the pages. Book cover has heavy edge and corner rubbing and bumping. Book cover also has a lot of surface scratching.
