The Showtec FX Drop is a handy system that drops a curtain automatically in one go. You can daisy-chain an array of FX Drops via PowerCon; each FX Drop has a load capacity of 20 kg. The FX Drop is attached by means of a set of safety pins, which release instantly as soon as they receive a surge of power. When linking multiple FX Drops, the PowerCon connectors ensure the incoming power is passed through to the other machines for simultaneous release.
