Anna is Codorn\u00EDu's most emblematic cava, named in homage to the woman who helped rebuild the family winery, and this Blanc de Noirs shows a different, more red-fruited side of her character.\n100% Pinot Noir, gently pressed\n\nTo keep a Blanc de Noirs pale, the Pinot Noir is harvested cool and pressed quickly and gently, so the juice takes little colour from the skins. Made by the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and at least nine months on the lees, it pours a yellow-gold with subtle metallic glints and a fine, continuous bead. The nose leads with forest fruits \u2014 blackberry and blackcurrant \u2014 while the palate is expressive, mineral and very balanced, with bright acidity and a long fini.
