Grappa Libarna is the result of the centuries-old expertise and skill that characterize the Piemontese art of distillation. It is distilled artisanally in copper pot stills using the discontinuous method. Grappa Libarna Cristallo is not aged and it preserves all the aromas of the grapes. The ultra-fresh pomace is steam-distilled in copper pot stills using the discontinuous method. The alcohol vapours produced by heating the pomace are then concentrated, cooled and liquefied, producing the distillate. Grappa Libarna Cristallo is perfect to be savoured neat
