This pasta shape is typical in Apulia in south-eastern Italy. Its name comes from the shape, which looks like a small ear - in Italian orecchio means ear, and the suffix 'etto' means 'small'. The roughness of the external surface obtained through bronze drawing enhances the flavour of sauces. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. Ingredients Durum WHEAT Semolina, Water.
