Version: Sikaflex-522 replaces Sikaflex-521 UV and Sikaflex-221i – 1 all-round product with even better properties. Features: weather-resistant, UV-stable, mould-resistant and resistant to ageing. Can be applied indoors and outdoors: For sealing exterior joints, windows, flaps, kitchen units, sanitary areas on caravans and motor-homes. Also suitable for air conditioning and ventilation devices. Sticks to common surfaces: e.g. Suitable substrates are wood, metals, primers and varnishes (2K systems), ceramic materials and plastics. Suitable for food, low-emission, certified: Isega-certified, harmless under food law (e.g. seal in the kitchen). Emicode EC1Plus-certified, meets the highest EHS criteria (environment, health, safety). Meets hygiene requirements for air conditioning and ventilation systems according to VDI 6022. Sikaflex-522 is free from isocyanate, solvents, phthalates and silicones.
