The Montelobos Ensamble Mezcal is made from three different types of agave, which is due to the name The agave variety Papalote as the main component of the spirit is complemented by Espadín and Tobála This creates a contrasting taste explosion Pink pepper, chamomile and candied apples seduce to enjoy Nose: boiled agave, smoke and citrus fruits Flavour: capers, nutmeg and pink pepper accompany a slight acidity with notes of fruit and smoke
