Potassium Metabisulfite 100g\nProduct only for oenology and beer making.\n\nPotassium metabisulfite is a widely used in wine making to stabilize must and ready wines. It prevents bacteria, fungi and wild yeast from spreading. It stabilizes the color and clarity of the wine. \nIt can be aslo used to clean wine and beer equipement.\n\nTo stabilize the must: 1 g of PP for 3-5 liters of the product. Do not overdose. Dissolve the given amount in 50-100 ml of water. Add to the fruit must. \nStabilizing wine: 1 g of PP for 10 L of wine. Do not overdose. Dissolve the given amount in 50-100 ml of water. Add to wine and mix. \nWashing: 10 g of PP for 2 L of water. Dissolve in water. Use for washing dishes and cleaning any type of wine and beer equipement. \nAttention! Store in cool and dry place. Keep it out of the reach of children! Use in well aired places.
