PUROPTICS

Puroptics can be used in case of a mild to moderate dry eye syndrome or more commonly to relieve discomfort. It relieves mild symptoms of dry eyes such as burning, itching, and discomfort due to dryness of the eye. It acts as a lubricant, providing relief for dry eye conditions associated with the use of PCs, infrequent blinking, certain medical treatments, atmospheric pollution, dry atmospheres (e.g. air conditioning, wind and sun) and ophthalmic stress due to the use of contact lenses. Puroptics is a sterile, ophthalmic, strong moisturising and protective solution, with a physiological pH, based upon Carmellose. Carmellose 0.5% can be used in case of a severe dry eye syndrome or more immediate protective action and lasting relief.
