DEEP PENETRATING WATERPROOF PROTECTION: This impregnating sealer penetrates deep into the substrate, forming protection from within without creating a surface film. Provides excellent resistance against rainwater, UV exposure, damp, dirt, grime, pollution deposits and organic growth. FULLY BREATHABLE & WATER-BASED FORMULA: A high-performance, breathable impregnating sealer designed for all porous masonry and render surfaces. Water-based, solvent-free and low VOC, ensuring low odour and fast drying. Suitable for both new builds and older, historic or listed properties. INVISIBLE NATURAL MATT FINISH: Maintains the original look of your surface with no change in colour, sheen or texture. The sealer is completely invisible once dry, preserving the natural appearance of render, brick or stone. EASY ONE-COAT APPLICATION: Apply in a single coat for most surfaces. For highly porous areas, apply a light second coat after approximately 30-60 minutes. Coverage rate: around 5 litres per 30m² depending on surface porosity. Suitable for use with a pump sprayer or masonry roller. SUITABLE FOR A WIDE RANGE OF SURFACES: Ideal for modern renders including K-Rend, silicone and monocouche renders, as well as traditional sand and cement. Also suitable for brick, concrete, natural stone, sandstone, granite, slate, limestone, flint and lime pointing.
