Colour Flex Extra Paste is a highly concentrated food colouring paste that is suitable for colouring buttercream, white chocolate, ganache, sugarpaste, modelling paste, cake batters, cookie dough, fondant, icing and many more. Sugarflair colours are known for their vibrant strong colourings and you can add a reasonable amount without changing the consistency of the product you are working with. If you use a small amount (a tiny amount on a cocktail stick) you can achieve soft pastel colours. But if you want something stronger, and more vibrant, add the paste gradually to achieve the desired shade. Keep in mind, colours will deepen as they dry, or if left overnight. These colouring pastes can be mixed with clear alcohol or rejuvenator spirit to create an edible paint. Colour Flex colours can be mixed together to create a rainbow of different colours and shades.
