50cl / 54.7% / Elixir Distillers - A marriage of two refill and two ex-sherry hogsheads from Laphroaig, distilled in 2014 and matured for at least six years, creating a smoky, medicinal character with hints of fruit. Aromas of burnt toffee, tobacco smoke and iodine fill the nose, complemented by notes of honey-roast parsnips, crispy, smoky bacon, dried figs and rich, acrid bonfire smoke throughout the palate.
