The velvet spray is ideal for chilled desserts such as cheesecakes, mousse and ice creams. Simply shake well and ensure that the can is warmed to 25c-35c before use by placing it in warm water. Spray onto the chilled or frozen surface, at a distance of approximately 25-30cm. The end result is a luxuriously fresh layer of texture without altering the taste! Available in white or brown to complement all designs from plain vanilla to chocolate. Each spray/can contains 100ml. Set of 2 includes one spray of each colour. Store at room temperate (20-25c).
