The latest in The Glasgow Distillery’s Cask Strength series, an annual release designed to showcase the distillery’s whiskies in their most powerful and expressive form. Heavily peated using Aberdeenshire peat, the whisky is initially matured in virgin American oak before an extended finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, resulting in a perfect balance of smoky, sweet, and decadently fruity flavours. Bottled at 61% abv without chill filtration or artificial colour. A vatting of three casks, with just 1000 bottles released.
