70cl / 46.00% - One of two initial releases from the Mossburn Signature Casks Series, which is a range of blended malts exploring the regional differences of Scotch whiskies. Each one is finished in specially-coopered casks designed to accentuate the particular stand-out flavours of each region's whisky. For the second release, Mossburn have set their sights on Speyside, finishing the whisky in casks made from first-fill Oloroso sherry butt staves and heavily charred American oak cask heads.
