It protects the surfaceagainst water and frost, providing a coating whichdoes not change the aesthetic appearance of abuilding.A secondary benefit of the product is to repelwaterborne dirt and resist fungal growth as well ashelp reducing heating costs, as energy is not wastedin drying out damp walls.PreparationEnsure all surfaces are free from dirt, mosses andlichens. For stubborn green growth and lichens useBond It MOULD STOP!. Allow a minimum of 24 hoursfor fresh pointing to dry before application. Ensuresurfaces are clean and dry.ApplicationShake well before use. Apply using a low pressurespray (non­atomising) or brush at a rate of 3m² perlitre for porous stone and 5m² per litre for hard brick.Always apply with a smooth action starting at the topand working your way down the wall ensuring thesurface being treated is fully wetted. 2 coats arerequired; second coat should be applied whilst firstis still wet/ tacky. Care should be taken not to splashor mist cars, windows, painted surfaces, plants andponds. When applying ULTRA WATERSEAL if it startsto rain protect until fully cured.
