B&Q - Diascia Apricot Queen 1 Seed Packet (80 Seeds)
Thompson & Morgan
Turn summer gardens into a vibrant display with apricot-hued blooms that keep flowering until early autumn, as Thompson & Morgan Diascia Apricot Queen Seeds promise a dazzling show of slender flower spikes above glossy dark-green leaves. Ideal for rockeries, borders and containers, these half-hardy annuals are easy to start from seed and come with clear growing instructions, making them perfect for gardeners seeking unique colour and long-lasting impact. How to grow: Germinate at 15-20C (60-68F) on the surface of a good free draining, damp seed compost. Apply a layer of vermiculite, 1.5mm (1/16 inch) deep. Place in a propagator or seal container inside a polythene bag until after germination which usually takes 14-21 days. Do not exclude light, as this helps germination. Transplant seedlings, when large enough to handle, into trays or 7.5cm (3 inch) pots. Pinch out growing point when 5 cm (2 inch) tall and again when the side-shoots reach 5cm (2 inch). Gradually acclimatise to outdoor conditions for at least 14 days before planting out. Plant outside after all risk of frost, 15cm (6 inch) apart. As the flowers fade, cut the plants back to ground level to encourage a second flush. Product specifications: Position: Full Sun. Height: Up to 30cm when fully established. Spread: Up to 30cm when fully established. Supplied as 1x Diascia barberae 'Apricot Queen' seed packet (approx. 80 seeds). Delivered with growing and care instructions.
