Balvenie 18 Year Old Pedro Ximenez is an age-statement, cask-finish Speyside single malt whisky produced at the Balvenie Distillery in Dufftown, Scotland. Matured for 18 years in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, this fine Balvenie malt was finished for several months casks that had previously held PX Sherry. This rich, treacly dessert wine adds caramel and fruit cake notes to aromas and flavours of mandarin, fig and clove.
