Brighton 44 is a spacious and bright summer house, which is well suited for a home office, a place to spend leisure time with friends and family, or just as a summer house. The L-shaped space solution and the small terrace with a canopy and a tasteful lattice wall are both personal and practical. Double-glazed and sealed windows and doors with large glass surfaces are a great choice for our climate, allowing you to prolong the summer in the cold and also giving you a chance to stay in the garden in rainy weather. The house set includes all the necessary parts for installation: impregnated base frame, wall details, floorboards and skirting boards, roof beams/boards, and moldings but also hardware (handles/nails/screws). The house set does not include any roofing materials but shingles and roofing felt can be purchased extra.
