Innovative Mexican whiskey with a French touch ETHICALLY SOURCED, DISTILLED IN MEXICO Made with ancestral blue corn, sourced from Oaxaca, Mexico. Double distillation in copper alembic stills. The whiskey is aged for four years in single fill bourbon casks in Mexico and then 6 months to 1 year in Virgin Limousin oak casks in Cognac. Tasting Notes: Style - Powerful and Unique. Nose - Highly aromatic with hints of marshmallow, caramel and a distinct salinity. Palate - Complex on the palate with notes of marzipan, vanilla and dark chocolate.
