After an initial maturation in bourbon barrels in Barbados, followed by secondary maturation in Ferrand Cognac casks in France, the rum enjoyed a finish in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from Andalusia, Spain, bringing rich notes of candied nuts and raisins to this generously aged sipper.
